Small 17th Century oak cushion moulded chest of drawers in untouched condition.
Incredibly rare to find them this small and unmolested.
Delicious rich colour, original locks, pulls, and satyr escutcheons. The top is pegged, with a couple of later screws that’ve been there for donkey’s years.
The elm drawer linings are original, as are the back boards, and the stile legs. Side hung drawers - as they should be - with runners replaced.
